Nancy Tinsley

Nancy Tinsley is the founder of Tinsley ADR. Prior to founding Tinsley ADR, she worked several years as in house counsel at a major healthcare company and 17 years as outside litigation counsel. She is a full-time mediator and arbitrator helping parties bring their disputes. She also consults on settlement and negotiation matters. Ms. Tinsley is a registered civil mediator and registered patent attorney. She has been involved in the negotiation, mediation and/or arbitration of hundreds of disputes.
